As always, the quality is great after receiving a freshly roasted organic coffee beans. Grinding in smaller batches keeps the coffee freshness. Light roast is best for those who can't stand the bitterness of medium or dark roast.

it appears darker than my expectations but still ok since I can simply combine it with light roast to balance the flavor I wanted

Quality is consistent as it's a repeat order so I'm not expecting any surprises as to the quality.

The taste is a bit fruity which is expected for a light roast. The best part is that it's organic, with no added commercial pesticides.
