How do I track my order status?

You can track your order at any time by following these steps:

  1. Go to www.lazada.co.th/order-tracking/
  2. Enter your order number and email address
  3. Press "Check now" to process

Or you can just click on Track my order on top of Lazada page, enter your order number and email address, then click on the arrow to check your order status.

The website will lead you to order tracking page. It will show you all of the shipment(s) in that particular order and their current status. For each shipment, you can track your item(s) by clicking at our delivery partners tracking tool highlight in blue. It will lead you to each delivery partner tracking page. There you can see the status of your shipment in details.

I can't track my order on courier tracking page. How do I track my order?

If your tracking information is not available; it will be available within the next 1 – 2 working days once our delivery partners have updated their records.

If after 1 -2 business day you still have problems with your tracking number, please reach out to us at www.lazada.co.th/contact. We will assist you right away.

What is the shipping rates and surcharges?

We try our best to deliver items to customers quickly without any additional shipping fee. However, if your item is oversized / overweight, shipping fee (or bulky fee) based on product quantity and weight will apply. This bulky fee (if any) will be clearly informed during your checkout.

In case the total amount of your order is less than our minimum order, minimum shipping fees will be calculated as following for standard shipping:

  • In Metro areas - 39 THB order fee for orders below 299 99 THB per seller
  • In Non-Metro areas - 39 THB fee for orders below 299 99 THB per seller
  • Remote areas - 39 THB fee for orders below 1,999 99 THB per seller
  • Imported Items - No shipping fees
  • For Watsons Official Store - 49 THB order fee for orders below 499 THB for all areas
  • Grocery Items: - 99 THB shipping fee for all areas
  • Taobao Collection - No shipping fees

Shipping surcharge may be charged based on weight/ dimensions for bulky items. Please refer to check out page for more accurate amount of surcharge.

How do I check my shipping fee when placing an order?

During checkout process, you can check your shipping fee in the Order Summary box.

What is bulky fee?

If your item is too heavy, a bulky fee item surcharge will occur. Bulky fee is calculated per item and is based on the weight of the item and the location of your delivery address using the table below:

How to get fast & successful delivery?
From tracking status, why do I receive my order in separate deliveries?

Items from the same order may arrive separately if they are from different sellers.

What is the operating hours of delivery service?

Operating hours for each delivery partner may differ from one another. However, for standard delivery service, you can expect your item to be delivered from 8:30am to 5:30pm and on weekdays.

For exact date and time of your delivery, upon delivery attempt, our delivery partners will contact you.

What if I want to change my address and/or phone number?

Please contact our customer service at www.lazada.co.th/contact at the earliest time possible. We will assist you right away. However, once the items are in process of order processing, we apologize that we are no longer able to change your address and/or phone number. The order will be cancelled automatically in the case that our logistic partner cannot contact you. Refund for prepaid order will be initiate once the items are returned. If you still wish to purchase the items, we advise you to place an order again.

Can I cancel my order after the order has been shipped?

We cannot cancel your order after they are shipped. However, you may refuse to receive your order when our logistic partner contacts you.

I just received email or SMS saying that my item has been shipped. When will I receive my order?

Once the item has been shipped from our sellers, you will receive your item within 1-5 working days depending on your location.

If I selected cash on delivery, can I pay with a card at delivery instead?

Please pay with cash as there is no credit card service at delivery available at this time.

What if I am not at the delivery address when the package arrives?

You will need to sign a letter of authorization as confirmation and indicate a second party’s name on it. Then, this person should present a valid ID along with the letter of authorization from you to our delivery partners

What do you have to do when you receive the item?

You will be asked to sign on the shipping document in either paper or electronic fashion to confirm the receiving of the package.

Can I check the item before signing?

The parcel can only be opened once you signed for the package. If you find an issue with the item, please contact Lazada directly.

What should I do if I miss the delivery date?

Our delivery partners will contact you to arrange the time before attempting delivery. If you are not available at the time of your delivery attempt, the delivery partner will try to contact you again the next working day. You can also contact our customer service at www.lazada.co.th/contact

I checked my item status, why is it still with delivery company for so long?

Your item is in the delivery queue to be sent out from our delivery partner distribution center. Please do not worry. Your item(s) will be shipped and arrived at your shipping address within 1-2 working days

Why did I received an email saying that my Item already delivered, but I haven’t received any item yet?

Please check with your friend or family members at your shipping address whether they receive the item on your behalf. Otherwise, please contact our customer service at www.lazada.co.th/contact. We will happy to assist you.

What is same day delivery?

For selected items that are sold and fulfilled by Lazada, customers can choose same day delivery option to selected areas for an additional cost of 39 baht. Same day delivery is available Monday to Saturday.

How do I choose same day delivery?

If same day delivery is available for at least one item in your basket, you may select same day delivery option in the shipping menu during your checkout. The option will be available below the address entry form, and will only be visible if same day delivery is available for your order.

Please note that if you are a registered user and have previously ordered at Lazada, you will find the option by selecting “change” for shipping information on the top right corner.

What happens if have both same day deliver eligible and non-eligible items in the same basket?

The items eligible for same day delivery will be delivered in the same day and the ones not eligible will be delivered accordingly to the lead time shown on the website.

What happens if I select same day delivery but was unable to accept the delivery? Will the additional fee be refunded?

Our logistic provider will perform another attempt on the next business day, same day fee will not be refunded.

What are the same day delivery service’s conditions?

The express delivery service’s condition is based on the type of item and location of your delivery address referring to the table below:

What is the additional cost for same day delivery?

You may choose same day delivery option for day delivery.You may choose same day delivery option for additional 39 THB per seller. For example, if your order has two items from two different sellers, the premium surcharge will be 78 THB. However, if those two items are from the same seller, premium surcharge will be only 39 THB, regardless of the number of items eligible for same day delivery.

What products are available for same day delivery?

When selecting items on the website or application, the items with available shipping method - “Express Delivery” below are eligible for same day delivery service.

Where is same day delivery available?

At this time, same day delivery is available only in limited area in Bangkok. If same day delivery is available on the product display page, you may select same day delivery option in the shipping menu during your checkout. The option will only be visible if same day delivery is available for your delivery area.

What shipping options does Lazada offer?

We offer 3 shipping options; Economy, Standard and Express Shipping.

Standard Shipping* The delivery time will be faster than Economy Shipping. However, delivery lead time will again depend on the shipping and delivery location of the items.
For bulky item (weighs more than 20 kg. or has a total dimension exceeding 180 cm.), delivery lead time is expected to be longer compared to a regular sized item.
For cross-border item, it is sold by international sellers and shipped from overseas. Item will take longer to reach you.

Express Shipping is available from Monday to Saturday.

How do I check delivery lead time?

On the product page, please fill in your zip code to see the estimated delivery time of the item, i.e. Standard Delivery: Get by 30 Jun – 3 July. Please note that your item is expected to arrive within the period.

How do I check my delivery area (Metro/Non Metro/Remoted areas)?

You can look up your city/province in the lists below to know whether it is classified as Metro, Non Metro, or Remote areas.

  • Metro:
