    Depending on the applied Return policy, you may return your item to us within 7 or 14 calendar days. Countdown starts from the date you received the item to the post stamp date on the return parcel.

    Digital download is exempted from return policy coverage such as E-books, E-journals, mobile top up, movie, music, software online, etc. You will find the symbol shown as below

    What is important for return?

    All document along with the product such as warranty paper (must not be filled out) and/or manual excepts official receipt or delivery note.

    Please fill out your bank account detail if you paid by Cash on Delivery, Counter service, ATM, Online Banking or paid shipping fee for your return parcel.

    Please use the original package to return your item.

    Please put return reason and follow return instructions as below.

    For which reasons, can I return an item?

    You may return your item if your package or item is damaged, defective, does not fit (for fashion item), product detail or picture is not as advertised, wrong item has been delivered, some parts are missing, or – under conditions – if you change your mind.

    Conditions for a valid return:

    Depending on your return reason, your returned item and its original box will have to meet the following conditions for the return to be valid:

    Example: you can’t request a return due to change of mind if the product packaging is damaged or a seal is opened.

    Note: The original package must not be attached with tape, sticker or anything that could damage the original package otherwise, your return will be rejected.

    NOTE: In the unlikely event that your return is invalid, a customer service agent will notify you for the QC result and its shipment back to you. Nonetheless, if we are unable to reach you within timeline, a customer service agent will email you and ship the package back to you. If you paid for shipping fee prior to your return, refund will not be applicable.

    Products Exempted from Change of Mind Returns:

    Due to regulatory or hygiene issues, certain product categories or conditions cannot be returned due to change of mind. Please find the list below:

    Refund/Replacement option:

    • For valid return claims on items sold by Lazada you may decide between refund, replacement, and store credit (please indicate on the return form, refund options may vary depending on your payment method).
    • For valid return claims on items sold by third party merchants, the replacement option is not yet available.
    Can I return an item after 7/14 calendar days upon receipt?

    Your item may not be returned after 7 calendar days for items under 7 days easy return and 14 calendar days for items under 14 days easy return policies

    Beyond this period, in case the item is covered by a manufacturer’s warranty, please contact the manufacturer directly to organize the return. You may also find the contact information of your product’s warranty center on the warranty card inside your package. Read more about warranty information here.

    Will Lazada cover the shipment/EMS cost for returns?

    We are highly recommended you to fill out online return form, print (as shown below picture) and attach the form on return package.

    You will be able to return your parcel at 7-11 or Thai post's branches with no extra charge for shipping fee. However, in the case that you cannot print out the return form. Please advance your payment for EMS fee at Thai post. We will refund your EMS fee along with the money for your returned item (EMS fee's refund is limited for items that fall under change of mind reason).

    Please keep EMS receipt in case questions arise throughout the return process.

    How do I track my return status?

    During the shipment, you may track your package status using the tracking number provided to you by

    How long is the quality evaluation process?

    If you drop a parcel at any suggested drop off providers as mentioned in online return form, delivery process may take up to 8 business days.

    After we receive your package at our warehouse, the quality evaluation process may take approximately 3-5 business days. Please kindly be informed that for certain products, this process may need more time.

    When will I receive my refund?

    The refund process depends on your payment method and refunding bank’s policy. This process will only begin after we complete the quality evaluation of your returned item.

    For Cash on Delivery and Counter service, please fill out the bank account details correctly for the ease of transferring process. Please note that refund period starts to be counted once you receive a SMS or an email from Lazada states that your refund is completed.

    From this period, your refunding bank is responsible for transferring your money (including EMS fee) to your account.

    For example, you will receive your refund after 7 business days once you receive a SMS or an email for bank transfer.

    How soon will I receive my refund?

    Refund can be processed in case of return or cancellation. For your convenience, we offer different refund methods for you to choose from, basing on your payment method at the time of purchase.

    What is store credit?

    Store credit is a refund that is worth equally to the value of product you ordered. You can use the store credit like a voucher code to purchase any item. Store credit can only be used for one-time purchase and is valid for 6 months.

    How do I use my store credit?

    If you have been issued store credit, you will have received a voucher number.

    Please enter this voucher number in the voucher code box and click "Apply" during checkout. A corresponding deduction will be applied to your total amount.

    What if I fail to use my store credit within the allocated time frame?

    No worries! We can reactivate the store credit for you.

    However, please note that reactivation of store credit can only be done once. Store credit that has exceeded the reactivation period is deemed invalid.

    What is Apple Official Store Returns & Refunds policy?

    Return for item which packaging of the item is in sealed condition (unopened), please refer to Lazada Return Policies.

    * For bundle return, all items must be in sealed condition (unopened).

    AppleCare Protection Plan (AppleCare)
    • All Apple Hardware products purchased on Lazada are eligible for AppleCare Protection Plan
    • AppleCare is available on Apple Retail Store or call Apple Hotline
    • Customers who want to buy AppleCare separately have 60 days from the date of purchase (of the device) to buy from Apple Retail Store, or call Apple Hotline
    • AppleCare can only be claimed from the local Apple Authorized Service Providers.
