To remove an item in your shopping cart, you can:

  • Click on the Cart icon on top of Lazada page to go to your shopping cart


  • Click on "Remove item"

Your cart will be updated and that item will be removed.

Why was my order charged wrong amount?

Do you keep my credit card details?

Your security is our priority. Every credit card transaction occurs within a secure environment. We do not retain your credit card information after your order is completed; it is submitted directly to our banks for payment processing.

Where can I request an official receipt/tax invoice?

After proceed to check out, please mark the receipt/tax invoice address box and fill out your information carefully. Especially, if your company/partnership is VAT registered, please fill in your company/partnership VAT registered name, address, tax ID number 13 digits and head office/branch number 5 digits that your company/partnership registered in a VAT Certificate (Por.Por.20) before continue.

Information provided during your checkout process will be used for your official receipt/tax invoice, which cannot be changed once your order has been placed. We encourage you to use your full legal name or accurate juristic person’s name when ordering with us to ensure eligibility of the invoice.

Items sold and fulfilled by Lazada – Official receipt/tax invoice will be delivered with your parcel. Products that are sold and fulfilled by Lazada are marked on the right side of the product page.

Items sold by our sellers – Only some specific VAT registered sellers are able to issue tax invoice. For example, Tesco Lotus, can issue tax invoice.

In order to request for revised tax invoice, please follow these instructions:

Items sold and fulfilled by Lazada - You are required to return the original copy back to us. Lazada is unable to provide you a revised one unless we receive the original copy. You may request for this service from the issue date up to 1 month.

Items sold by our sellers - You are required to return the original copy back to sellers. Sellers are unable to provide you a revised one unless they receive the original copy. You may request for this service from issue date up to 1 month.

How can I change delivery address/ phone number/ recipient for my existing order?

How can I change payment method for my existing order?

At Lazada, we do not offer an option to change payment method for your existing order. Hence, we suggest you place a new order and cancel your existing order immediately by sending us a request to cancel order at www.lazada.co.th/contact. We will help you cancel it.

Can I change my payment method after order has been made?

Once the order has been placed, you may not change your payment method. However, you may contact us to cancel your order and reorder using your desired method.

How can I cancel my order?

Easy Cancellation Tips!
  1. Cancelling an order is fast and easy with our online cancellation form, which is available up to 2 hours after the order has been placed or before the item is shipped.
  2. To use the form, you need to place the order with your Lazada account (signup here if you don’t have an account) or if you used guest check out, please sign up using the email address used at the time the order is placed.
  3. After submitting the form, your order status will be updated to “Canceled” within 60 minutes.
  4. You will also receive an SMS and an email to confirm your cancellation.
  5. If you have any problems with cancellation, our email service (service@Lazada.co.th) is available 24 hours, every day of the week.
What is Lazada’s Cancellation policy?

Before cancelling an order, please read and understand the following terms & conditions:

  1. Cancelled order cannot be recovered on our system.
  2. Any vouchers, discounts, or promotions applied to the order cannot be reused.
  3. Price is subject to change depending on Lazada promotion programs. We do not commit to offering the same price if you re-order.
  4. In case of prepayment via credit/debit cards, your money will be refunded automatically to your account within one-month billing cycle, or 45 days, depending on your bank policy.
  5. In case of prepayment via over-the-counter, our customer service agent will contact you for your bank information to perform the refund.
  6. If a store credit has been used in the order, a new store credit will be sent to you via email within three business days.
Can I cancel an item or several items in my order?

Yes, you can cancel an item or several items in your order under the following conditions:

  • The order was place within 2 hours before the form is submitted
  • The item(s) you want to cancel is not shipped yet
  • The remaining order’s value after you canceled one or several items has to fulfill the same conditions for discount, promotions, or minimum basket fee exemption applied to the order. If not, your order will be canceled
Do I have to pay any extra cost for using online cancellation form?

Online cancellation form is free of charge.

However, if after you canceled one or several items in your order, the remaining order's value does not match our conditions for discount, promotions or free shipping charge, Lazada will cancel the whole order. You can re-order the item(s) you want again.

How do I know if my cancellation request was accepted?

After submitting the online cancellation form, you will see the line "Your cancellation request was successfully submitted" on the website indicating you have successfully sent your cancellation request to us. Lazada will process your request within 60 minutes upon receiving the request.





To know whether or not your order was canceled, you can log into your Lazada's account and check "My Orders" page. If your item or order status is “Canceled”, you can rest assured that it was canceled successfully.

In case your cancellation request is not processed by Lazada after 60 minutes, your order may have already been shipped out and cannot be canceled. Please contact us via www.lazada.co.th/contact for further assistance.

I just canceled my order. When will I get my money back?

In case of cancellations, your refund will be processed within two business days of submitting the online cancellation form.

We will update you via email and SMS once your refund has been initiated. The total time for the refund to be reflected in your account depends on your refund method and issuing bank.
